- Do not list illegal, recalled, stolen, counterfeit, or restricted items
- Ensure your listing price reflects the item's actual condition
- Read listings carefully before purchasing
- Inspect all items upon receipt before use
- Contact the seller through Bambino's messaging system for questions
- Raise disputes within the platform — do not charge back without attempting resolution first
- Sellers are responsible for packaging items safely and shipping on time
- Sellers must provide accurate tracking information
- Bambino is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or items damaged in transit
- Buyers should review shipping terms in the listing before purchasing
- Bambino provides a dispute process to help resolve issues between users
